folash15 Posted September 2, 2015 Report Posted September 2, 2015 Current H1B will be expiring after 6 years in 1st week of October 2015, employer filed for labor certification last week of February 2015. pending feedback on labor certification. what options are available?

folash15 Posted September 7, 2015 Author Report Posted September 7, 2015 Thanks for your response however I do not qualify for H4 but just completed a post graduate program (professional doctoral degree) in a college here in the US while on H1B, Is there any other visa or status I can change to while awaiting labor certification?
