aashish Posted September 2, 2015 Report Posted September 2, 2015 Hi, I am in a very confusion state. Currently I am working for Company A. My VISA validity is until August 1st, 2015. My current employer has filed my extension in June, 2015. The extension is still in progress. The project with Company A got over and I got another offer with company B. Now Employer B has filed my H1B transfer/extension on 9/1. I got my receipt as well. Once my new petition with employer B approved, can I get I-94 as well along with that ?
