I had called NVC a few days back and they gave me my invoice number and asked me to follow the steps on nvc.state.gov So I enter my case number and invoice number to download ds-261 from the Consular Electronic Application Center, but get the message that my case is not eligible for further processing by NVC at this time. Any idea what's happening? Appreciate the feedback. Link to comment
