Changing employer after 140 approval - Priority Date??

Hi, I have some questions regarding priority date and hoping someone can help.

 

My i140 is approved recently, 1 week ago. I want to change my employer. In this scenario:

 

1.  If I change employers will my priority date be retained in all cases or are there any specfic restrictions like job duties , title , location should be same etc etc in order to maintain priority date?

 

2. After my i140 is approved, If my previous employer withdraws perm application after I leave the company, would I still retain the priority date?

 

3. Is there any time limit within which my new company has to file i140 in order for me to retain the priority date? For example, can new company file i140 after 1 year or do they have to file within next 3 months etc.

1. Recently an attorney in Murthy firm had mentioned in this forum that in some instances they could not retain PD of their clients. So, it is not guaranteed.
