msr_1916 Posted August 31, 2015 Report Posted August 31, 2015 Hello Experts, My New H1B(2015-2016) receipt is changed to the below status from 'Case selected'. Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was Mailed: On August 15, 2015, we began reviewing your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXX. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. 1. What does this status mean? 2. My employer says - We got RFE. We are submitting the required documents. In this case, what is probability of getting it approved? Thanks in advance for your inputs, msr_1916
