H1B stamping in mexico - previous stamping from other client

hi,

Wanted to check if I can go for stamping in Mexico if my previous 2 stamping were done from India in 2005 and 2008 from other employer A.

 

Currently I am employed via Employer B since 2011 and working in an EVC model.

 

I know mexico is for renewals only but am not sure if we can go there if previous stamping was from other employer.

You are good to go Mexico. If feasible please try home country as home country is the best option.
