H1 Petition amendment query

Hi Experts,

 

I have two questions.

 

1. As a result of my previous H1 Petition amendment I  (Change in end client & work location) received a new I -797A document from USCIS. As per this I-797A it has new validity date which is less/different than the actual visa expiry dates (Visa stamped on passport).

 So which date is the real/valid Visa Expiry date.

2. My present H1 Petition amendment was submitted on 19Apr15 but I have not received any result of this submission. Online status still shows status as ' Case was Received'.  What could be the reason of the delay and what I can do in this case.

1. The one which is on the passport.

2. Upgrade it to PP, but before that contact your attorney.

1. Visa is an entry document. You stay in U.S. is governed by I94. The latest i94 validity date stands.

2. Upgrade to premium if you want.
