sree14 Posted August 25, 2015 Report Posted August 25, 2015 Hello All, I work full time for a big manufacturing company. They are moving to another location 5 miles away from the current location. When I checked with the company attorney, he assured that no new LCA or H1B amendment is required as the new location falls within the same prevailing wage area. He said they would be posting notices at the new location and that's all is needed. I am planning to go for my visa interview in the coming months and would this cause any issue due to the different addresses on employment letter and LCA? Any thoughts on this would be helpful. Thanks all in advance!
