H1BVISA_
Hello, My H1 extension is approved for 2 years but there is an issue in the extension start date. My current visa is expiring on 9/19/15. But the extension is starting from 10/1/15. In the application, the start date mentioned was 9/20/15. So its an error from USCIS. My concern is, I will be out of status for 11 days in current scenario. What do I need to do to fix this issue? Please let me know. Thank you! Link to comment

H1BVISA_
My attorney sent an email on Aug26 to USCIS to correct the extension start date and also requested to approve extension for 3 years instead of 2 and submitted all necessary documents. Today my attorney received an email from USCIS that they have corrected the extension start date to 9/20/15 and also approved the extension for 3 years. I am really pleased with this outcome.
