Unfortunately i heard from my employer that my H1B approval has got NOIR because the job code that is mentioned in LCA is wrong in one place. As of now attorney is working towards it. At this time if my H1B petition is denied, then what all the options i have as i am still in india.. Thanks. Link to comment
