university transfer rules

Hi,

 

I am abhishek , currently living in India.My query here is:

 

 

presently I got visa  stamping for school A.but i am also having I 20 for school B. without filling transfer application and consult graduation studies department in school A, Can I join in school B?

If you want to go to B, get a visa with B's I-20.
