sumanth.konduru Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 Iam on L2 Visa . I had EAD till 03 10 2015 . I have misread my EAD as 10 03 2015 , instead of 03 10 2015. (Got confused between month and day representation b/w Indian and US style ).I have noticed this couple of days back and quit my job right away . Yesterday i have applied for new EAD . Does these 4 months working with out EAD affect my new EAD application ? What will be consequences of this working for 4 months without EAD and how can i rectify this ? Does this affect my Husband L1 status ?
