H1 Transfer

Hi All,

 

I started my employment in US on H1 B with my current employer in New Jersey in the month of April this Year. In June 1st week I had to move to a different project in Texas.. My employer has done LCA but did not do Amendment , Citing that they have time till Jan 2016 for amendment.

 

Now I am planning to change to another employer with H1 transfer . Will there be any issue in H1 Transfer without Amendment done by my current employer.

Hi All,

 

I started my employment in US on H1B with my current employer A in New Jersey in the month of Jan this Year. In March, 1st week I had to move to a different project in Wisconsin. My employer has filed for an Amendment but the amendment was denied due to Employer - Employee relationship. Now I have offer from Employer B in Wisconsin for the same client and had applied for H1 transfer and they want me to join immediately(got the receipt no.). Employer A has filed an LCA and wants to file a new amendment. What shall I do in this scenario? Shall I stay with current employer and wait for the Amendment or the H1B transfer to get approved? or join Employer B with receipt no.(If I join Employer B, my work in Wisconsin would be considered legal according to Employer B so they want me to join as soon as possible). Please advise, I can pay for consultation charges.
