My employer applied for extension in Jan 2015, got RFE and my case was denied in Jun 2015. I found a job with new employer who was willing to sponsor H1B. The new employer filed a new petition and it is approved for 3 years. I have overstayed for some days. I am going to Canada for stamping. Will there be any issue at stamping? Thanks in advance.

My new petition has been approved but i did not get I94 as I was out of status when my new petition was applied. It has been more than 60 days (from the date of denial) that i have been over staying. I have scheduled my VISA interview next week. Please let me know if this will be an issue at stamping. Thanks again.
