vivekkidambi
I am on seventh year of h1 and my current h1 is valid till 2017 based on my i140 from previous employer which is now revoked. My current employer has filed an h1 amendment for change in location and I was notified high chance of rejection. My question, will uscis reject my h1 amendment because I don't have valid i140 now? What happens to my status and previous petition with different location? Link to comment
jairichi
Will not be a denial based on revoked I-140. The old petition will be valid but is that project still open? I don't think so. In that case you have to stop working for employer immediately after rejection. Link to comment
vivekkidambi
That's internal project which I can work on anytime. If that's the case do I still have an option to go back to that location and work? Link to comment
