Joining on H1 receipt

Hi,

I am at company A. Company B got H1B receipt (premium processing) today
for me.  The e-receipt mail says it will be processed in 2 weeks.

My current company (A) is about to put me into a long term project.
A is a Desi consultancy company and might take any step if I leave

the project in between. Therefore I prefer to join B now itself than 2 weeks later.

If A revokes H1, will it have any affects on B's H1 approval? Please advise.
