I have received an offer from Employer B and they are willing to start my GC process. 1. Can they begin the PERM/Labor process for GC before(or simulataneously) they file for my H1B and i resign from my previous employer. 2. If I resign from Employer A, how long does Employer B have to start my GC process? 3. Worst case scenario that Employer A revokes my I140 will it affect porting my PD Link to comment
