H1B transfer denied but amendment case is still pending....

Hello,

 

I am in a serious trouble and need help. Below is my situation right now.

 

I was working for a company A as a contractor and had an H1B which is valid until sept 2016. I took a FT position with company B and they filed H1B transfer and insisted me to work right after the case number was received. Note: I work for a client of company B. I got an RFE after few days for 2 things. 1 is the client letter and the other one is for the work location. This is were the problem is right now.Actually, I work from home but, in the H1B transfer case, my employer listed the work address as the office address which is in a different city/state instead of my home address. In response to the RFE, my employer submitted the client letter and also filed for the H1B amendment with the work address as my home address. 

 

Now, yesterday when i checked my h1 transfer status online, it showed that the case was denied. I immediately contacted my employer and informed him the same. They told me that they have not received any notice from uscis yet and asked me to wait for the next steps and i am still in a valid status and can work.

 

I still see my amendment case status as pending as of now.
