Hari_H1B Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 I have two failed H1b petitions - one beneficiary withdrawal. The second is a denied petition filed by a new employer -say Employer2. Reason: Ed Eval done by a reputed Organization, but apparently the Prof who did it did not have the authority to grant college level credits. I asked employer to file MTR, but employer says it will take a long time. Instead he wants to file a new petition with the proper ed Eval done. Do you have any suggestions if this is good or bad? If something goes wrong with this new petition, I become a beneficiary of 3 failed petitions in total, all in less than 15 months. This is bad for me right? I say MTR, employer says new petition. It is raining petitions!!! :(
