bond_bhai Posted August 12, 2015 Report Share Posted August 12, 2015 Hi Guys, Need your help and guidance on this topic - My company is planning to initiate L1B process. I have a H1B approved petition (No stamping done yet). Can i travel on an L1 and then plan to change to H1 as a "change of status"? For this change to happen, do i need to travel back to India, get stamped all over again immediately? Or can i change over from L1 to H1, work for sometime and as and when i travel to India, i can get a stamp? Any help is appreciated! Thanks! BB Link to comment
