Kumar_Shiv Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 Dear Sir, My H1B was processed through an company in US in 2008 and I got through the lottery and Got I-129 petition in May 2008 but due to an emergency in family I could not proceed further( No I-797C was filed, No visa was obtained). Now I am looking for an opportunity in US. I have gathered experience in the system domain and eagerly looking for an opportunity. Can I use that May 2008 lottery pass through to obtain visa now? If needed I can contact that company too. But can you please clarify if I can you the my petition now? Regards, Shiv.
