NewbiH1B Posted August 11, 2015 Report Share Posted August 11, 2015 Hi I appeared for visa interview in Mumbai consulate in July'15. My I-797 is valid only until Aug'15 End. I have following questions Can my company apply for new H1b petition for new end client? Do I need to withdraw 221g? Is there a time limit/gap that should be maintained inbetween 221g issue and applying new petition or both visa stamping interviews? Is there any impact of previous 221g on new petition?
