santhu9898 Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 My current H1B is valid till 09/30/2015 (donot have stamping) and my H1B extension approved and valid from 10/01/2015. I am planning to go for stamping in India on my H1B EXTENSION (Valid from 10/01/2015) in last week of august and come back on sept 20th. Can I come back in Sept without any issue? I am with same employer.
