Niran_1 Posted August 10, 2015 Report Share Posted August 10, 2015 Hi, When I was first time travelled to US in 2010 , I paid penalty for not disclosing the food item ( Poppy seeds, & curry leaf) which I didn't aware they were in my bags. it was in Minneapolis. So should I declare it in My DS 160, when I go for Visa extension?. Does it really hamper my visa extension chances ?. Pleas help. what is the best way defend during visa interview?
