keano Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 I am employed with A and they are asking me to submit h1b amendment by August 15th as per company process. I got an offer from B, who applied transfer in premium last week. Should I get amendment done from A while transfer is being processed with B. The transfer initiated by B, does H1B transfer within same state include amendment as well by default?
