Sam3 Posted August 8, 2015 Report Posted August 8, 2015 Hi I have attended for visa interview in Nogales on 6th Aug. Visa officer has approved my visa and told to pick up my passport at 4 pm same day. I went to pick up my passport and she gave a white slip and my passport back stating we are unable to enter your information at this point. Please come back on 7th at 2:30pm. I went back again on 7th. This time one more lady took the interview again asking for all the information and noted everything in a paper. after sometime the visa officer who actually took my interview first time came back and said, there is some problem with your company. Looks like some fraud happened last week. A guy went for visa without a job. we are sorry at this point of time we are not able to do anything. they have contacted chennai consulate and said unable to do anything at this point of time. she told me to go back to india and wait. My employer is telling to wait as it could be PIMS issue. Please advice. Thanks.
rahul412 Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 VO clearly said what to do. Go to india and find a good employer not a shady one like your current employer. Even if you get your visa you will definitely will be in trouble in future for working for this shady employer.
Sam3 Posted August 10, 2015 Author Report Posted August 10, 2015 Hi There are no issues with my employer. Visas are getting approved for many employees from my company. My case is already in admin processing now. Is there a chance to re-book a slot again and attend the interview in India. I'm wondering if there is a possibility to do so or not. Please advice.

You said that vo "Looks like some fraud happened last week", what mean by that? I don't think you can re-book the slot and attend the interview at some other place.

Well, if a guy from the company went for visa stamping without having a project, then there is something wrong with the employer. Find a real employer, not a consulting company.
Sam3 Posted August 11, 2015 Author Report Posted August 11, 2015 No one from my company went for stamping without a job. its just that he had a query on employment verification and their company also responded back. But we are still waiting on decision. That may solve my issue hopefully.
JoeF Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 No one from my company went for stamping without a job.. How do you know? You can't know the details, and if you asked the employer, they may have lied to you... You quoted what the VO said. That's enough to indicate that something shady is going on with the company.

You will face many issues if you continue to work for this employer.
