pmuppala Posted August 7, 2015 Report Posted August 7, 2015 Hello All, I have been USA before on H1B in 2006 and left the country in 2008 to Canada. I have cancelled my H1B visa on Feb 2010 and got B1 / B2 visa. I hold Indian passport until 2014, in 2014, I got my Canadian citizenship. Can I activate my H1B visa, which I have not used and get it on Canadian passport, or I am better applying for a new H1B. Greatly appreciate your help in this regards. ThanksPramod
jairichi Posted August 7, 2015 Report Posted August 7, 2015 When you have Canadian citizenship why do you want a H1B? Can't you enter US with a TN visa?
pmuppala Posted August 11, 2015 Author Report Posted August 11, 2015 That is the same I thinking off. At the same time, few of my friends were saying, when you can validate old h1, why go on tn1, as I can not apply for gc, in future if needed and all.
