Company B filled new petition for h1b transfer, after 3 months company A revoked the H1B Sponsorship and Company B's h1b transfer is still pending . In this situation can move to company C and whether company C, can file new h1b transfer petition while the first transfer is pending? Link to comment
jairichi Posted August 7, 2015 Report Share Posted August 7, 2015 Yes, new employer C can file a cap exempt H1B petition. If for some reason B's H1B petition is denied then C's approval will be without I94. Link to comment
