jineshpatel43@gmail.com Posted August 6, 2015 Report Share Posted August 6, 2015 Hi, I got my first H1 B approval with I-797B in June 2011 which doesn't have I-94 attached with it and it is valid from 10/2011 to 09/2012. since I was on F1-B visa OPT my employer file for change of status request and it got approved in March 2012 and I got I-797A valid from 03/2012 to 09/2012. So my Question is when my Actual H1 B got activated?? when will be my 6 years of H1 b will complete in 09/2017 or 03/2018?? Thanks! Link to comment
