OPT RFE Received for first time opt

Hello All , 

 

I have applied for an OPT on 4th April 2015 , and Received RFE on 23rd June 2015 that was responded back on 29th June 2015. USCIS has updated their portal on 1st July stating that RFE evidence is received. Then I put expedite request on 9th july that was accepted. After two weeks i placed another expedite request as I had not received any update on case.  Now I can not put any  more expedite request as USCIS says that the expedite the request can not be put when case is already under adjudication review.

 I approached my DSO to get know about my case as its already lapsed 90 days of processing time. DSO sent message to USCIS regarding my case. DSO received the below message from USCIS. 

"The file is with one of our clerks. It appears that the case will be approved since the officer did not put any "RFE notice ordered" or " deniel notice ordered". As soon as clerks updates the approval in our system , the EAD will go into production. "

 

How long does it take to change the status on online website ?  My employer keeps asking for an status but status has not been changed.  

 

Any suggestion or recommendation.

Did you get OPT approved.

 

Can DSO requests USCIS if 90 days crosses?.
