jaikarthik Posted August 6, 2015 Report Posted August 6, 2015 My wife H4 visa got expired in Jan 2015. she applied for her extension( I539 ) on oct 2014. It was pending with uscis till she flew back to India in Jun 2015. I am going back to India this Aug end, Will there be any issue in getting visa stamping for her out of stay in USA for 4 months? (I have proof of I539 receipts)
