B1/B2 visa with annotation

Hi everyone.. I have a query regarding my B1/B2 visa . I currently hold a 10 year multiple entry visa which is valid until 2021 and contains an annotation stating "b1 in lieu of H" . This visa was issued when I was in my previous employment when I was supposed to travel to the states on a project work . But this project didn't happen and I didn't travel then . However , now if I wish to travel to the United States for a holiday could I use this visa despite the annotation ? Please help me on this matter . Looking forward to your responses .
