H1 ext denied - chances of f1 stamping approval

I did my masters and I worked in US for a while and came to India in December for my marriage while my h1 extension process was in progress which got denied in March.

Now that I got a i20 for pursuing MBA in a univ, is it advisable to go for f1 stamping now?

Are there chances of questions in the interview about why am planning to go US and why MBA now as soon as h1 ext denied ... Will the visa interviewer have info abt the extension denial??
