Restamping in Canada with valid I-94

Hello All, 

 

Could someone please assist with a question regarding H1-B restamping in Canada. I am currently in the US on H1-B visa,  existing visa stamp expires in October 2015, but I-94 expires in May 2016. I am with the same employer, directly employed; I-94 date is different because of transfer after first H1-B stamping. 

 

I would like to know if I submit DS160 application now for restamping in Canada (anytime before October 2015) and schedule the interview appointment for restamping in November 2015; can I travel to Canada in September 2015 for 3 to 4 days and return to the US on existing visa stamp and valid I-94? or could the submission of DS160 create any issues, even if the interview is scheduled after October 2015.
