My current status and Is my OPT will approve?

Hi! 
I've applied OPT Application for the first time . 

 

Dec 13, 2014 = I graduated from GSW University. 
Feb, 06 2015 = USCIS received and because of sign issue they sent me back all document to submit to sign on it. - assigned receipt number
March 20, 2015 = they've received my application again. - assigned new receipt number. 

Jun 09, 2015 = In SEVIS record, Its showing OPT denied. But I've word few times with USCIS after that - they are still saying the application is "Under Process/Pending status(review) and It has been assigned to an officer".

My PDSO (registrar of University) Saying i need to leave country as I'm out of status..

 

= What i need to do? And

= Is my OPT will approve?
