Can my wife travel to US on H4 while my H1 Amendment is in process

My employer has filed for H1b amendment. H1 B amendment is in process. Can my wife travel to US on H4 visa with my Approved H1B I797. Will it be a problem at POE?

But the petition number  (got Visa on this petition) which is in passport was revoked (Emp A)and H1B transfer(Emp B) is in pending. Which petition should carry and show at POE?
