My current H1B and i-94 is valid till Sept 2017, and I’ve not visited my home country to get the visa stamped yet. I got my approved H1B last year with Employer A (change of status from F1 to H1B), and worked for Employer A till Feb 2015. I got offer with Employer B (Current Employer) and joined them after receiving receipt notice. Now, I am in a situation where I’ve an offer with Employer C, however Employer B (current Employer) has received a RFE about some missing documents. The position with Employer B (current Employer) is a full time position and it is not a consulting firm (over 400 employees and over $250 annual revenue, although I am the first H1B for the company). If I ended up accepting an offer with Employer C, I’ve the following questions: Will I have to leave and re-enter the country after the Company C’s H1B approval? (Employer B has not responded to RFE yet as we have few more months to do that) Does the current RFE with Employer B has anything to do with new H1B transfer petition? Do I need to mention pending RFE to employer C? Is Premium processing back on after July 26th? Thank you for your time. Regards, Nik Link to comment
