I am Archu, 

 

I have few question that i want to post and get the suggestion from you.

 

I have got my H1B approved this year and its going to start from this October 1st, but in that copy of H1B approved copy I797 it says that my "change of status" had been declined.

 

1. My question for the above is that .. if i apply the H1B transfer before the start date it is going to be problem for me? 

 

2. If the transfer is done what are the chances for me that " change of status " would change to normal or it says approved.

 

Please suggest me on this

1. If an employer files a H1B transfer before Oct 1st then most likely your transfer will be denied and a possibility that your actual approved H1B petition will be revoked. If that happens you need to go under cap again next year.
