sunny3678
Hi Everyone, I'm currently with employer A and planning to transfer my H1B to Employer B. As of today i have H1B extension and i am ion my 7th year which will expire in May 2016. and i have approved EB3 PERM from Employer A. Now i have a better job offer from employer B and is it possible for me to get the H1 transferred to Employer B. Employer B is willing to Start my PERM process immediately. Appreciate if some one can through some light on this Thanks Sunny Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, you can move to employer B. But, be advised that any extension beyond May 2016 needs an approved I-140 or a PERM or I-140 pending for approval for a year. Link to comment
