elsa Posted July 26, 2015 Report Posted July 26, 2015 I have 3 years BA degree in Economics (1998 Indian University)+ Post Graduate diploma in Computer (DOEACC India) and 12 years of IT experience. meantime I have completed MSc IT from (in 2008 through Distance, 1 year lateral). I am on h1b visa and just want to check am I eligible for EB2? My h1b is based on my degree and experience and I have completed MSc after h1b is approved. Please help me with advise before taking any decision .

indianpro Posted September 5, 2015 Report Posted September 5, 2015 your m.sc IT degree alone is foreign equivalent of a US BS Degree in IT, if you have 5 yrs exp after M.Sc degree was completed then you qualify for eb2.
