I need to go to india in Sept 2015.and will come back in Oct 1st. If there is any issue with H1B stamping will I be able to go for immediate H4 stamping? -My husband got H1b here and he does not have stamp on his passport . is that may cause any issue for my H4 stamping ? - After coming here on h4 if I decide not to work for sometime , what will happen to my H1b? is it mandatory for the employer to cancel /withdraw my H1B if I am not working ?
