SEVIS Fee of $200 - F1 Visa denied - Going second time

Hello All:

 

Student completed 12th grade (senior high school) in India.

 

Student went for interview for F1 visa in June 2015. And was denied student visa. (for freshman associate degree program from a 2 year community college). 

 

She has another I20 issued from a reputed 4 business school and plans to go visa again for the undergraduate degree program which is a 4 year program. 

 

DO we need to pay SEVIS fee of 200$ again please ? Pls. reply soon as interview is in next 8 days.

Then why did she applied visa for community college degree??

 

I don't think see needs to pay SEVIS fee again, but its better to check with the school DSO.
