H visa questions Posted July 24, 2015 Report Posted July 24, 2015 Hello all, I have been working with same employer for 4 years. In the past I was denied promotion, internal transfer to another department citing my visa to be the issue and they did not want to do tranfers. Each time a less qualified person was hired. Is this allowed or call for discrimination solely because I'm on h1b? I have not received any pay rose in two years even with very good reviews!
