Multiple transfer without H1B approval only receipt

Hi,

 

I transferred from company A to company B and started working once I received the transfer receipt. It was filed in regular processing and I have not received the approval. Now I wish to work with company C.

 

Can I transfer from company A to company C although I have already left A and joined B and 2 paystubs have been generated from company B and DO NOT have an approval yet?

 

Please do reply if you have any idea about this situation (is urgent).

You need to use receipt notice of B to file H1B transfer to C. This will be considered as bridge petition. If for some reason B's petition is withdrawn or denied then C's petition, if approved might not have an I94. In that case you need to exit and enter US with a valid H1B visa and I797.
