H1B: Need help on visa interview questions for H1B Transfer (being in India)

Hi All,

 

I am currently in Hyderabad working for Indian MNC. Applied H1B through ABC company in FY 2015 and attended visa interview on Dec 24^th 2014 in Hyderabad, got a query asking for past contract docs. In Jan 2015, submitted 2007, 2008 projects from my employer to embassy. Within one week got a reply from USCIS asking for recent projects (they are expecting for 2014).

 

ABC Company is not able to submit the docs so got H1B transferred to new company XYZ and its petition is approved this month. So, would be attending visa interview in couple of weeks in Hyderabad. Can you please let me know what all questions I can face by visa offices (As I got query for first time in India) and please suggest for my below questions:

 

·         What should I tell to visa officer if they ask the below questions:

o    Why did you change the employer?

o    How can you trust this new employer as your old employer gave false news?

There is no question paper for H1 interview, all the question asked will be related to your BG and H1 petition. Of course you need to tell the truth, there is no alternative or best reply here.
