While filing H1B my employer has mentioned my old address where i stayed 1.5 year back.Now i got an RFE for showing the evidence of address.Can anyone please help me in how to proceed further. jairichi Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 Any reason why old address was mentioned? If employer cannot provide evidence nothing can be done. Talk to your attorney.

Thanks for your help in Advance. Your attorney has to respond to the RFE with appropriate response. Just simply tell him the truth.
