need help on h4-f1-h4

Hello Team ,

 thank you  Murthy forums for providing details on important immigration Rule . 

 I am looking for some informatin on h4-f1-h4 EAD Process and below are my questions.

 

I am planning to take admission into the one of the public universities for graduate studies. 

course is just for 15 month so i am planning to change Visa status from H4 to F1.

however recently my husband submitted document for his Green card process.

By the time i finishing my graduate course i will getf1- OPT  and my husband will be getting I-140 approved 

So i was wondering that once i finish my graduation course would it be possible to get H4-EAD(I-140 approval) benifit with OPT or I will 

 

only get OPT benfit.Also would i be able to switch back from f1 to H4-EAD.

Once you switch back to H4 you are eligible to apply for H4 EAD provided your spouse has got I-140 approved.
