gnakkala Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 Hi, I am on H1B and my son (1.5 yr old) is born in US and a US citizen ,he has been staying with grandparents in india since last 6months and will be back on OCT'15,I heard from few friends that it needs to be reported that my son is in india to a local police station or to passport office after 6 months of his stay,is it true?can anyone throw some light on this?
