bosechn Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 I am currently on H1B and my spouse is on H1B with an approved I-140. I would like to convert to H4. I have my Canada visa and would like to travel there and apply for my H4 visa. I plan to submit all my spouse's documents including approved I-140, paystubs and employment letter. Is there a necessity for me to provide my USA paystubs too?
