Hemanth1978 Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 We both are canada PRs.. I applied for B1/B2 visa to USA last friday and was approved.. My spouse is not working/studying and applied for B1/B2 today but they rejected it. I missed t add her as an applicant due to personal reasons at that time of my application. Now can I reapply for both of us and attend the interview. Though I received my visa I still want her to get it too so we want to reapply Please confirm if that would impact my already approved Visa Urgent!!
jairichi Posted July 21, 2015 Report Posted July 21, 2015 You cannot reapply as you have a valid B1/B2 visa. Your spouse can apply again. Reason for denial? Your spouse has to address the reason and provide sufficient documents during visa interview.
MurthyIndia_Lawyer Posted July 28, 2015 Report Posted July 28, 2015 Not sure what was mentioned in your respective visa application forms on persons accompanying for the trip. If you both have been honest then your wife may have something to hold on to reapply immediately. Else there have some instances where the approved visas were cancelled by the consulate. It is best to discuss your wife's options with an experienced immigration attorney before considering to reapply within very short duration.
